Golf NB Returns to the Algonquin for Back-to-Back Fourballs!

Golf New Brunswick is thrilled to be back again at the Algonquin Resort in beautiful Saint Andrews for a second year of back-to-back Fourball fun! Building on last year’s success, we can’t wait for another two exciting weekends of competition and camaraderie. The Men’s Amateur Fourball will tee things off on the first weekend, followed by the Men’s Senior Fourball and the Women’s Fourball & Scramble on the second.

The dates for the events are as followed:

The Men’s Amateur Fourball will be open to teams of two male amateurs, with the requirement that at least one team member must be under the age of 55.

The Senior Men’s Fourball is exclusively for teams of two male senior amateurs, both aged 55 or older.

The Women’s Fourball Scramble will feature a two-day format, with the first day played in the Fourball format and the second day as a Scramble. Scores from both days will be combined to determine the overall champions. This event is open to teams of two amateur women, regardless of age.

Team handicap index will be determined by a percentage of each player’s playing handicap.

Registration for all Fourball events will open on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Following the initial registration period for the Men’s Senior Fourball and Women’s Fourball/Scramble, any remaining team spots will be allocated to individuals on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis after the May 8, 2025, deadline. The event will cost $380.00 per team ($190 each).

The Men’s Amateur Fourball will be open to the first 72 teams that register

The Men’s Senior will have 36 teams

The Women’s Fourball/Scramble will have 36 teams.
