The mandate of Golf NB New to Golf Series is to support golf initiatives that will have a significant impact on growing the game of golf in New Brunswick.

2023 marked the launch of Golf NB’s Women’s New to Golf Series in partnership with the PGA of Canada Atlantic with lessons taking place across the province over the months of May to August.

We are excited to announce that for the 2025 season we will have New to Golf Clinics for women, men, and juniors! These lessons are open to new golfers who would like to try and experience golf with an affordable $11.50 registration fee to deteriorate no shows. Registration for junior clinics is free.

Lesson plans will vary based on location, however, participants can expect to have a further developed understanding of clubs and specific use, stance, grip, and general swing.

If you are interested in participating but are unable to pay the fee, please reach out to Golf NB Executive Director Brianna McQuillan and she will ensure you are able to participate.

    What is provided?

    COST – lesson cost is $10.00 + HST ($11.50)

    CLUBS – each host facility will provide clubs for use

    BALLS – range balls are included in the lesson

    How long are the lessons?

    Each session is either 60 or 90 minutes.

    How many participants are allowed in each lesson?

    Lessons are capped at 16 participants per session. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis and will be done online via Golf Genius.

    Golf NB mandates a (1:8) instructor to participant ratio.

    MEDIA WAIVER

    Prior to the scheduled lesson, all participants  must virtually sign / accept the Golf NB Media Policy Waiver. This will be done during the online registration process.

    Golf NB and the host club / professional reserves the right to share and distribute photos from the lesson.

2025 Clinic Schedule
